	Frank P. Dolce is an internationally recognized expert with experience in the design/development and manufacture of a vast variety of electronic, electrical and electro-mechanical components and systems. This experience includes computers, computer peripherals, telephony, medical instrument, special manufacturing/production equipment (CNC, extrusion lines, corrugation lines, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, etc.) and Power Generation/Distribution Systems. Mr. Dolce was a pioneer in the inclusion of imbedded software and self-diagnostic packages in a variety of the Systems and Products developed under his care. In addition to being experienced with the electrical/electronic/software aspects of these types of equipment Mr. Dolce is also experienced in the application and selection of the materials that are used in the fabrication of said equipment. This experience has addressed not only the functional application of these materials but also their safety aspects (OSHA, EPA, FDA, etc.).
	In addition to Mr. Dolce's vast design/development and manufacturing background he has also provided over fifteen (15) years of consulting support to the design, business and insurance communities. He has taught electronics and advanced electronic subjects at the college level and has served on a number of community and business Board of Directors helping optimize technology related issues in these arenas. Mr. Dolce is a licensed Professional Engineer and also holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Degree (BSEE), a Master of Science in Engineering Science Degree (MSES) and a Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA).
	While working in industry, Mr. Dolce held positions with increasing levels of responsibility as Design Engineer, Project Manager, Program Manager, department Vice President and CEO. His career at General Electric included responsibility for the design and development of the hardware that flew on the NIMBUS weather Satellite. In addition he was responsible for the design of a line of precision fluid pumps used in medical patient drug administration treatment regimens, the first Power Distribution System Sequence of Events Recorder monitoring utility networks, the first computer based Word Processing System, the first Digital Cell Phone System, various Electronic Music Synthesizer instruments as well as numerous special purpose Manufacturing Line Elements (sonic welders, automated storage/retrieval systems, dispensing systems, material handling, energy conversion systems, etc). Mr. Dolce is very familiar with various government agency validation processes and has had considerable occasion to meet with, address and achieve support from numerous state and federal elected officials. His experience includes government liaison and interfacing with various regulatory agencies, such as FCC, FDA, FAA, NTSB, OSHA, EPA, UL, to coordinate compliance, obtain certification for new products and the maintenance of existing certifications.
	Mr. Dolce has been a frequent speaker presenting a variety of technology based subjects to groups of the PLRB (Property Loss Research Bureau), PMIC (Pennsylvania Mutual Insurance Companies), Society of Industrial Engineers as well as numerous business, community and fraternal organizations.
